What would be the best change the next CR president can make to improve education in the country?.
I consider that Costa Rica is really damage in political terms, the corruption that has being invading our public institutions has produce that Costar Rican’s lost the confidence in presidents, thinking in that situation the new president needs to work hard if he wants to eliminate the corruption.
One of the most important topic that generate opportunities to the country, avoid the poverty, and decrease unemployment, is to have a population well educated, that’s why the president could consider some changes to the actual system of education:
·         Training: The training of the teachers is something essential, because that aspect could represent the quality of the education, in some cases, we can see how the professors didn’t have the knowledge required, but they are teaching, well I consider that needs to be proved to be able to work in the public education.  
·         Infrastructure: On the other hand, some rural zones of our country need more attention in terms of infrastructure and didactic material, so the education could improve a lot, if he gives budget to build and improve our schools.
·         Scholarships: it is necessary that the government gives scholarship to people with low resources, that could help the students in aspects like transport, feeding, books and the country could avoid the percentage of desert.
·         Teaching techniques: I consider that the improvement in the way of teaching and implement techniques more dynamic and interactive, could help the students to get a better education in a good manner.

    i just saw this:

    I consider that Costa Rica is really damage ( it seems that it has to be writen in past) damaged.
    the same with: has produce( has produced)
    i think that this one (the new president needs) might be writen this way: (the new president will need) because you are talking about future.
    but, as always, you are always doing things really well and you always dig deep. really nice job and comment

    I'm completely agree with you; there are many aspects in which our country can improve. I really like the idea of change the teaching technics, must if we want to teach some day; we should look for a way to develop our knowledge in this area.

    I totally agree with your points, the sad reality is all that corruption that is killing us that you mentioned. Costa Rica needs to get rid of the people that just want to take the money from the country, all those parasites just care about them. The best way to improve and to avoid this is by educating people as you mentioned, Nice job.
