Homework 1
I would like to talk about 5 terrible things that had happened in September this year:
1.      London train blast, it is one of the terrorism acts that Europe was suffered this year, it is something sad, because people have injuries, families of the victims are suffering, and we can see how the violence is present in the world, especially in those countries.  We could be worried because we are losing the peace, people it is not safe, including Costa Rica, we can see how a lot of people died every day.

2.      North Korea, in this case The North launched a ballistic missile over northern Japan, I think it is dangerous because those countries are fighting and that actions can develop the third world war and the tension between those countries could generate an intervention of Unites States, that could be worst and we can do anything for those innocent people who are dying.
3.      Trump, It is controversy how the President Trump has the power to govern one of the most powerful countries, but some of the ideas that he try to transmit and the decisions are without sense or without the support of the citizens, In this month President Trump doubled down on his infamous "both sides" comments about Charlottesville.
4.      Hurricane Irma, the hurricane produces a lot of damage to Florida state, many Floridians are without house, Cubans and other people from other islands are still in ruin. The nature has an impressionist power and can damage all in a moment. The USA government is handing out meals to survivors and relief efforts. 
5.      Immigration, the president in USA is improving the rules against immigration, we can see how Motel 6 says its employees will now stop sharing guest information with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, they give the information of the guest and help the authority to avoid that more people ingress to the country without permission.

In general this month have a sadness taste in we analyze these events, I hope that October present a better panorama.

What would be the best change the next CR president can make to improve education in the country? . I consider that Costa Rica is really damage in political terms, the corruption that has being invading our public institutions has produce that Costar Rican’s lost the confidence in presidents, thinking in that situation the new president needs to work hard if he wants to eliminate the corruption.
